At daisuBa, every order is prepared with care to ensure you receive the best quality products.

●No Cancellation  Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. This applies to all products, including ready-to-ship, made-to-order, and customized items. ● Why No Cancellations? Many of our outfits are made-to-order or processed immediately after confirmation. To maintain efficiency and ensure timely delivery, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once the order is in process. ●What You Can Do- If you have entered incorrect shipping details, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing the order at [daisuba2020@gmail.com/8600126527] so we can try to update it before dispatch.

Refund Policy

● At daisuBa, we put love and care into every outfit we create. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and our refund policy ensures transparency. ---

1. No Refund on Cancellations As per our Cancellation Policy, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued. ---

2. Eligibility for Refund Refunds are only applicable in the following rare cases: Defective or damaged product received (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos). Wrong product shipped (style/size different from the order). If the ordered product is out of stock/unavailable, and no alternative is accepted. ---

3. Non-Refundable Cases Refunds will not be provided in cases of: Wrong size ordered by the customer. Slight color variations due to screen/photography differences. Customized, altered, or discounted products. Delay caused by courier services or force majeure events. --- 4. Refund Process If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment. ---
